CONFERENCE CALL SUMMARY MARCH 24TH,2008
SECOND FORMAL CONFERENCE CALL THROUGH SKYPE
ATTENDEES: John Gormley, Mercy Dueñas, and Bárbara Gaxoët
Alvaro Fernández excused himself because of personal troubles.
Adrián Arriaga called us on time but we began the conference before time arranged.

John told us they have talked to a person from Stewart Title (husband of Louise Hall) , and BBVA Bancomer Laredo National Bank . They are interested in the project.
- Texas Association of Realtors will participate with $ 5,000 USD

John pointed out the necessity of having the information about the registration for the attendees as well as their companions and hotel fee ready so the promotion with sponsorships and attendees can begin.

4.- Education
Some of the topics hat would like to have in the Trade Mission is Continuing Education. DBIM and TRC are suitable for giving them at the Event.

5.- Logo
Mercy asked John about the logo of TAR because we were using in the drafts of the promotional NAR logo.
John commented that was the same thing nevertheless he will send us the logo in order to have it and insert it.

6.- Accounting
John brought up the accounting topic. The main issues are : registration and sponsorships.
The following was a proposal from the party in conference.
- TAR and AMPI agreed in having 100 attendees each, so there will be 200 realtors.
- Each one of the organizations will charge their members as well as sponsorships.
- After expenses the balance is going to be divided in half. ( 50% ).
My suggestion was that I had to evaluate it with the VP of Finances o f AMPI. They agreed and the answer will be given in the next conference call.

Mercy told us that Alvaro had arranged that the realtors that would like to stay in Guadalajara were invited to Puerto Vallarta no charge.
Ask Alvaro how many days are included?
